The meetings of the Municipal Council of Cocagne are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the council chamber at 17 Marina Road, Unit 2, unless otherwise decided by resolution.
Citizens are welcome to attend as all meetings are open to the public. A question period is scheduled at the end of each meeting for those present. If a meeting is canceled due to a storm or for any other reason, the meeting will be postponed to the next working day at the same time.
An announcement to this effect will be made on a local radio station and on the municipality’s website.
All documentation relating to the agenda of a meeting, including a public presentation, must reach the Clerk at least three working days prior to the meeting.
